GeoSense AI combines interactive maps, open geospatial data, and frontier LLMs so anyone can analyze locations — for retail siting, risk, logistics, real estate, urban planning, and more.
A 90-second tour of the platform — from drawing an area on the map to AI insights, GeoTwin AI, and route optimization.
From a single click on the map to enterprise-grade geospatial database connections.
Select with point, polygon, circle, or freehand on map. Get instant context for the exact area you care about.
Generate sector-specific intelligence, risk flags, and opportunity summaries — powered by leading LLMs.
Build a live digital twin of your physical estate. Stream IoT sensors onto the map, monitor asset health, predict failures, and run an Operations Dashboard with KPIs, risk zones, and AI-written incident summaries.
Plan multi-stop, multi-vehicle routes with real-time traffic, time windows, capacity, and driver shifts. Cut mileage, fuel, and SLA breaches with one-click AI re-optimization.
Layer free public datasets (OSM, weather, transit) or import your own PostGIS, ArcGIS, and WFS sources.
Save, share, and visualize points of interest. Run analytics on selected POIs just like any other dataset.
Auto-detected filters for numeric ranges, categories, booleans, and text — adapt to any uploaded dataset.
Connect to PostGIS, ArcGIS REST FeatureServer, or OGC WFS endpoints with session-only credentials.
Compare metrics across multiple selected areas side-by-side. Rank candidate locations by your own criteria.
Export AI-generated briefings and maps as polished reports — ready to send to stakeholders.
Your custom data and API credentials stay session-only by default. Bring your own LLM or map keys.
Real workflows GeoSense AI customers run today. Each one starts with a click on the map and ends with a shareable, AI-written briefing — see the full case studies and download free sample reports.

Pick a sector context and get AI insights, a live twin dashboard, or an optimized route plan — exportable to your team.
Everything you need to know before launching the app.
No. The product is designed for analysts, operators, and decision-makers — not GIS specialists. You select an area on a map, pick a sector context, and the AI does the heavy lifting. GIS pros get advanced layer & connector controls when they need them.
GeoTwin AI is the digital-twin module of GeoSense. It places your physical assets (substations, pipelines, towers, buildings, vehicles, sensors) onto an interactive twin of the real world, ingests live IoT telemetry, and runs an Operations Dashboard covering total assets, active alerts, critical assets, sensor status, maintenance backlog, risk zones, energy usage, and environmental indicators — plus AI-generated daily summaries, incident reports, priority lists, and recommended actions.
Drop your depots, stops, and fleet — Route Optimization solves multi-vehicle routing with time windows, capacity, skills, and shift constraints. It uses real-time traffic and re-optimizes on demand when a new job arrives or a vehicle goes off plan, then exports turn-by-turn manifests for drivers.
Out of the box you get OpenStreetMap, public POI categories, and other open datasets. You can connect your own PostGIS database, ArcGIS REST FeatureServer, or OGC WFS endpoint with session-only credentials. You can also upload custom POIs as CSV or GeoJSON, and stream IoT / SCADA telemetry into GeoTwin AI.
GeoSense AI uses leading frontier LLMs through the Lovable AI Gateway. You can also bring your own model keys for full control over cost and provider.
Yes. Custom POIs, sensor streams, and credentials for PostGIS / ArcGIS / WFS connectors are session-only by default — nothing is persisted server-side unless you explicitly save it to your account.
Yes. AI-generated briefings, maps, twin dashboards, and optimized route manifests can be exported as reports for stakeholders. Free sample reports are available on every case study page.
Traditional GIS tools assume you know what to look for. GeoSense AI flips that — describe the question or pick a sector, and the platform suggests relevant layers, computes the metrics, and writes a plain-English summary with flagged risks and opportunities. GeoTwin AI and Route Optimization extend that pattern from analysis into live operations.
